No surprise that the volume of fans wanting advance copies caused the computer to crash at the “Book Passage” six hours before his appearance.  It was a long line – in the rain – at San Francisco’s Ferry Building to see this icon.  And as I found out first hand when I pulled out my camera, some fans got more than they bargained for!
